Refund and Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods. To exercise this right, please notify us via email at providing your purchase ID and email address used to purchase the item(s).

Condition of Returned Items

You can handle the goods to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, if the product is used beyond this and diminishes in value, we may charge you for the diminished value. Given the perishable nature of our products, it’s essential that they remain sealed and unused if you wish to return them.

  • Downloadable software products (provided you have started downloading or streaming and have therewith acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right)


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund, including the cost of delivery, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back or upon receiving evidence of you having sent the goods back.

Sale Items

If you return an item bought on sale, you’ll be refunded the amount you paid, not the original price.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact our support team and wait for instructions, who will provide a return address.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned by regular post, we will provide an estimate of the return costs.

For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to be officially posted).
  3. Contact your bank (there might be some processing time before a refund is posted).
